1965 Chevrolet Malibu SS built on a frame-off restoration completed around 2015 with additional upgrades to suspension and interior performed in 2018. It is powered by a 383 SBC stroker crate engine rated at approximately 450 horsepower, built by White Industries, with polished and chromed engine components throughout. The engine is paired with a 700R4 automatic overdrive transmission and a Currie Ford 9-inch rear end.
The chassis is heavily upgraded with CPP Stage 2 Pro Touring components including tubular A-arms, coilover suspension, and a 4-link rear setup with coilovers. Braking system is CPP 4-wheel disc with vacuum-assisted master cylinder and upgraded brake components. Additional chassis upgrades include heavy-duty front and rear sway bars, stainless steel exhaust system, and polished radiator with dual high-output SPAL electric cooling fans. Cooling, ignition, and fuel systems have been modernized with MSD ignition, stainless lines, and ceramic-coated headers.
Exterior is finished in Midnight Blue base coat with clear coat and subtle metallic flake. The body is described as laser straight with high-quality panel fitment and show-level chrome, trim, and stainless finishes. Lighting includes LED headlights and polished billet hood hinges, contributing to a clean pro-touring appearance with a well-balanced stance on Billet Specialties wheels with staggered tire setup.
Interior is fully custom with leather upholstery, power 6-way bucket seats, suede headliner, upgraded sound insulation, and a fully reworked electrical system. It features a custom dash with modern gauges, Bluetooth audio system, power windows, and a custom center console.
